My Background

My name is Sky Tan, and I have hands-on experience in Safety, Technical and Facilities support.
I have worked with MCSTs, contractors and property owners to help solve small issues quickly, safely and clearly.
Over the years, I have been involved in safety checks, technical troubleshooting, EV charger assessments and general facility support across different sites.

I previously worked in Town Council estate operations and in hotel facilities/housekeeping, which gave me solid practical experience in building maintenance, safety observations and day-to-day operations.

I am also certified by the Land Transport Authority (LTA) as an Equipment Specialist for EV chargers (ES No. 509), allowing me to perform official inspections safely and in compliance with LTA requirements.
